Interesting, I love deep dish pizza. Is there cheese on it? I would put a lot more cheese.

Yes, all the toppings are below the sauce, I was scared to get to crazy with the cheese since I wasn't sure if it was going to overflow. But I am in the boat of you can never overdue the cheese, I just wanted to follow the directions closely as possible since it was my first time making this.

[/quote] I completely agree, next time I know I will pack way more cheese in there, with the dough rising during the cooking and liquid on top it was a mess I wasn't look forward to if it happened. Some sauce did spill over which caused some smoke to come out of the oven when I opened it.
