Looking for a 3-9x40 with .1 MIL turrets and lighted reticle and this scope seems to have exactly what I need. I'm just wondering if anyone else has one and what your likes and dislikes are.

I've got a 2-7x33 and like it.
Don’t roll those bloodshot eyes at me.

I have one on my 6.8SPC. It is a good scope for the price. I have a LaRue mount to go along with the scope. What gun are you putting it on? 2-7x33 might be a better choice.
God bless John Wayne!

I've been leaning Vortex lately. Did you look at the 2.5-10 Vortex Viper PST MRAD. The PSTs are illuminated reticles though no "fire-dot". They're available in FFP or SFP. What seals the deal for me is the "quick-focus" on the Vortex scopes is easier to use than those on the Leupold. As goofy as that is, it matters for my vision. I believe prices comparable to the Leupold.

For my eyes the VX-R has better glass than the Viper, especially in low light. YMMV.
