Is it safe to store ammo in an ice chest. They are water proof and heavy duty. Can you think of any potential problems?

If you do decide to go that route stick some of those dehumidifier packs in with it and change every 3-4 months. Also I would store the cooler in a climate controlled area from what I understand heat can cause powder to burn inconsistently which could decrease accuracy
