 Anyone recommend day dove hunts?

Now that the season has started, does anyone have a good place to hunt by the day? Looking to take my son for his first time. Live in Saginaw, looking for something within an hour, morning or afternoon-doesn't matter.

Drive further. Go see Stompy in Breckenridge and thank me later. It's like Little Argentina there. I plan on going late season if he will have me and still has birds.

If you don't mind the drive, go to Uvalde or Hondo. You will see more birds in one hunt than most see all season. PM me if you want some info.
