I hunted Kickapoo about 10 years ago. Really nice place and enjoyed the hunt.

Pretty good day for me as my daughter won an either sex at Colorado Bend and I was drawn for antlerless at Fairfield.

I struck out of 15 hunts today. Not including the 20 something I already struck out on. Good luck to those that got picked and congrats.

Got drawn for GDE at Brazos Bend and GDA at Hill Country Natural Area. Last time drawn was GDE at Perdanales in 2012. Hoping to get a chance at an exotic at Hill Country, anyone hunted there before?

Found this post while searching for any info on the drawn hunts. This is my first year applying. My brother, a buddy and myself applied for 22 hunts. Some of those don't include all 3 of us. I am on all of those. about half of them are pay applications and some are E-Postcard apps.

My question for y'all is this, if we get selected, is the bag limit that is listed per permit, or per hunter? Thanks for any help guys! Pointers of any advice in general would be great!

It's per hunter.
Also, look at this year's dates. Some of the hunts are due today. The next round comes up on Sept 1.

I don't remember Palehorse ever mentioning how he did after winning all of those hunts. Palehorse how you did?

Yeah, I've already applied for all the ones I'm applying for, including some of the August 15th deadline drawings. Patiently waiting this morning for results. How long does it normally take to post results?

Another question, is the fee per hunter as well? Like if it says $80.00 Fee or $130.00 Fee... Is that per group or per hunter?

Hey Palehorse, I see you're from Surfside! I lived there when I was a little kid and have spent a TON of time down there throughout my life! Love me some Kitty's Purple Cow. Been a couple years now since I moseyed on down that way!

Yea, I like living here except for the mosquitoes, tourists, and hurricanes. They get old.

You ever been to the Purple Cow when a woman goes to the bathroom and lifts up that thing to peek? And then the buzzer goes off??? LOL, it's hilarious to see them come out of the bathroom.
