You should build a 22LR Lite weight and no recoil

Once I finally get a rifle to do like I had hoped for, it is amazing how quickly I lose interest and start thinking about some other rifle that I would like to work with.
Is it that way with you too, Brother in-law?
Kind regards, charlesb

What is it about the 6mm that you don't like?
And what is the purpose of this new rifle?

How come? What's the purpose of the replacement rifle that the 6 CM can't do?

There is nothing wrong with the rifle or caliber. I just have other wants.
The rifle is really accurate and it isn't even broke in yet

.280AI, 28 Nosler, .300 WM/RUM. Man I absolutely and in love with the 28's they have been hammers. 175 ELDX at 3175 out of a standard throat. or the 175 LRAB at 3190 have been so fun.

Is it that way with you too, Brother in-law? That's something we have in common. I really would like to learn to shoot steel at 500+ yards, and have built 2 rifles to do that with. Both rifles have been traded shortly after being done. All the fun for me was in putting them together.

And the dream dies, and the rifle get traded.

I have the 6mm Creedmoor but always seem to grab the 22 Creedmoor when I head out. Labor Day hog shot at 430 yds with the 80.5gr Berger.

6.5 saum with a 143 eld-x is pretty dang salty and my next one. And if you want to just go full out nasty a 7mm-300 launching a 195 eol at over 3000fps will say howdy from a mile and then some. But I know you and recoil
