I like the texts in situations like this - they leave little room for error for both parties in regards to what has or has not been promised.

Yes sir that's correct. He bought out the processing portion of the operation, and did his own taxidermy on the side. At the new location he is "formally" offering the taxidermy services.

And Redchevy I agree that in many businesses texts are unprofessional. But I'm pretty close to the taxidermy business and can guarantee you that there isn't enough profit margin for a taxi to hire an assistant to answer phone calls from all the yahoos that want to talk on and on and on about whatever.

Taxidermy is a hands on business and sometimes for hours your hands aren't in a "phone answering/texting condition". And not texting is an option if you just let everything go to voicemail and just return calls. But it is incredibly time consuming to voice call all your customers if you're a taxi because you have to do it after hours and then you end up with virtually no personal time since you have to keep a customer base that is larger than you should to make a decent living.

That's why they don't answer phone calls and texting them should work better for everyone involved.

Well, I received my antlers via FedEx today, however there was no cape included. He said it had something to do with bugs (?). Anyway, I am happy to have the hardware - now time to find a spike someone wants dead and just use that cape. It feels really good to have the antlers back in my possession.
