Not many birds in NTX. I scouted all day Friday, in the morning I scouted 3 walkin spots, one spot was 2 hour walk round trip, in the afternoon took the boat. If you don't enjoy the scouting work, best to stay home.

If you don't enjoy the scouting work, best to stay home. Hopefully they get here- my places which were HOT last year- 1 group of 15 came blazing in today- we were so shocked that there were actually birds (after yesterday) we got one each- horrible......shooting that is!! Had 50+ on hole Friday night- didn't even pull trigger Sat- 2 singles and group of 20+ buzzed us HIGH heading south.....enjoyed getting out
