How long does it typically take for the drawing results to be shown on the parks and wildlife website after the draw closes? Looks like there were only two hunts that closed at midnight last night and when I checked my status for the youth hunt at 3 pm it still shows "Application Received".

They usually do the drawing the next day. They might be posted by tomorrow. Good luck!

just got drawn for the youth hunt at Fairfield Lake Congrats for being drawn. My grandkids are pending 2nd draw on 4 antlerless hunts.

Congrats on the draw. We have pending second draw for James Daughtrey Youth Anterless/Spike. Hopefully the kids get picked on the other hunts we put in for that draw in a couple of weeks.

My two nephews drew a youth hunt at Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. Never even heard of the state park before and I believe this is the first hunt. Should be fun as they both are now 15 and competent hunters.

I went in for several including Terrell County Ranch. Drew it several years ago and had a great time. It's a bit of a drive to Sanderson from Tyler but the hunt was worth it. They had a mule deer buck named Javiar that slept in the garage and would beg for food from you like a dog. They said he showed up one day and never left. Seeing Javiar made the drive worth while. I often wonder what ever happened to him.

LOL, that is too cool. He probably is the smartest deer in all of Gods creation. He won't get shot in there.
Also, I knew about the 20th but guessed I got confused with the 23rd and wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. A poor man needs every hunting opportunity he can get!
