See the doe in this photo. She seems to be missing some fur on the side and there are some odd spots. What's the deal with this deer? Is she just young?

Spend some time looking at summer pics. Perfectly normal to see splotches and missing fur. Ticks etc.

Looks like an old doe to me on her last leg. Look how long the head is. We callem horse heads when they get that old.

Looks like she's shedding and maybe got some bur clover seeds stuck on coat. Healthy Doe.
