In this order BB, .177 pellets, .22, .30-.30, .240 WBY Mag, .257 WBY Mag, .270 WBY Mag, 7mm-08 which is what I primarily hunt with today. Have a .300 RUM Christensen Carbon 1 for bigger game and a custom .222 that is my "ranch gun". The one that stays in the truck beside me for whatever needs shootin'.

Started with a 30-30. Now prefer 22-250.

If y'all are gonna include non-firearms lol, I started with a BB gun and $15 fiberglass long bow. Then jumped to the rifle, then 20ga at 8. 12ga at 12.

.20 and .12 ga. aren't calibers. Nor was your long bow.

30-30 and 3006. I don't use or like either caliber Because they kick to hard   Does sweetums have a sensitive shoulder?  22 Glenfield 60 when I was 13 or so. Didn't start deer hunting until after college and bought a used Remmy 700 in 25-06. Still have it and one of my favorite rifles/calibers. Moved up to 300 WM for mule deer and also have 30-06 and 7mm Rem Mag. The 7mm Tikka is my go to for larger critters (elk) and would use my 6.5 Creed Tikka for deer. AR15 in 6.8 SPC is my go to truck gun and night time hog/coyote rifle.
I was wrong...on anything technical. Fitz............. is right, ya know............

12ga slug gun, 338 lapua improved or 300 RUM are my go to's now.

used my dad's (actually he bought it for my mother to use, but she never took up hunting) Winchester 1892 lever action 218 Bee starting at 4 years old (almost 5) for deer.
bought my first rifle with my own money at 10 years old (worked all summer in a fruit stand/snow cone stand), Savage 99E in 243
now mostly 7mm Remington Mag but also have a variety of others, 30-06, 25-06, 22-250, etc.

Started with a 22-250, wish I still had it. Now I use a 300WM, 300BLK, and 6.5CM. Thinking about adding a 25-06 or 257 Weatherby and keeping the 6.5CM for long range plinking only.

Mine was an old Enfield. My dad had a SKS. Since .303 ammo was extremely scarce where we were. My dad would pull bullets and powder from the 7.62x39 rounds and make ammo for the Enfield.

Started with 270 win. Now I take what I feel like before going - .308, 30.06, 257 WBY, or 300 BO are the main ones I use

Started with a 22-250, now all I shoot is a 220 swift. Didn't go far.

Started with a bolt-action .30-.30 Savage 340. Then moved to a Win 88 in .308 left to me from my G-pa. Mostly hunt with a .270 these days, but have also used .22-250, .25-06, .338 Win Mag, etc depending on the critter.

I started with a single shot 20 ga for deer in Arkansas. I graduated to a 30-30 in my early 20s then 30-06 for a couple of years and then went with a 7mag and 300mag for the next 15 years. Now it's 6.5x55 or 6.5 CM.

Started with just .22s. Then moved into 5.56 and 7.62. But that was with a M16A2 and a M60. The 60 was fun to shoot but I hated carrying that thing for 6 years. Now just about everything that is common.
