I ordered a Ruger LCP. I will be carrying it in my lower cargo shorts pocket BUT my wife may carry it in her purse as well, from time to time. Will a DeSantis Super Fly holster work as well for her purse as it will in my cargo shorts? I don't want the gun accidentally coming out of the holster in her purse. Before you say get her a purse w/a spot for a holster, if it's not a LV, Coach or Michael Kors then she ain't havin' it!  Thanks.

I would put a 3M Velcro strip inside the purse and the other half on the wallet. Something small like an LCP floating around a purse would be hard to find if she ever needed it. Better to keep it secure in one spot.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Better to keep it secure in one spot. All her purses have a small pocket towards the top that is very easy to find. Plan would be to always have it in that pocket.

watch out for purse jackers... That seems to be the #1 thing they go after I'd rather them jack her purse than jack her!
