My brother lives in the Vitruvian development of Farmers Branch within a .5 mile of Brookhaven College and notified me of this,
Wonder if it's a black panther or someone's escaped pet.

If the animal is aggressive, throw rocks or sticks at it. Fight back if it attacks because fighting back can drive off lions, according to the TPWD

I am surprised they recommended this...instead of do not harm the cat and vote liberal.

Should take care of any feral cats or stray animals in the area. My Sister and BNL live up in Colorado near Evergreen. Cougars and Bobcats keep any strays from staying 'stray' for long.

Since there is no such thing as a black panther, we know it's not that.
