I plan to get a Ruger #3 re-barrelled & I'm considering this gunsmith. Are there any reference/experiences good or bad? Any other gunsmith recommendations in the Austin area? I prefer one gunsmith shops. Feel free to reply via private message if necessary. Mark S. Pharr Tumbleweeds Custom Rifles Round Rock TX 78681 www.tumbleweedsrifles.comThanks in advance for any feedback!
The North has double last names. The South has double first names.

Mark has been around many years as a shooter. IMO, shooters make the best gun smiths. Mark should serve you well.

As stated above, Mark is a shooter. I can tell you from personal experience he is both a good shooter and the work he does is great. There are two rifles in my family that he has worked on. Both came out well.
