I had a guy decide not to get on a place I have leased in Blackwell. Leaving me with needing to fill this spot by September 15th. I know it is short notice and I apologize. It is 775 acres with both thicket and fields. Most of the time they are planted in wheat or grazer. There is an old home place on the adjacent property that will be used as a camp with water and electricity. There will be a total of three guys on this place at a price of $1500 each. I am just the lease holder and do not hunt on this property. So the three members will be setting rules and quotas. I will have a lease agreement but just to keep things square with the members. I forgot to mention this is a yearly lease all legal game and seasons.
