Okie and Eddie. We set our pricing up this way for a specific reason. We have a lot of repeat hunters, and we never want a hunter to feel pressured to shoot just any buck late in their hunt. I have over 15 years detailed harvest logs, and ask that every hunter allow our local TPWD biologist to age and score their buck. An average trophy buck on our ranch scores 150 gross B&C. (That is not a guarantee
, it's an average. For every 165 buck they'll be a 135). Hunters can shoot as many hogs and coyotes as they want. If they choose not to shoot a buck and want a doe for the freezer well offer up a doe tag at no additional cost. This is a low fence fair chase hunt, but average nearly 90% success rate.
This is a good example of what we manage our herd towards. PM me your contact info for more details and pics.
