After thinking about this one for a couple of years I finally pulled the trigger on it last night and made it. The chicken fried steak quesadilla made it's debut, I wasn't sure what dipping sauce to pair it with so I made two of them. I went with a traditional cream gravy and then I made some roasted hatch chile avocado ranch. The quesadilla it self tasted way better in my head than what it did in actuality, dipping it in the ranch was better than the gravy.

Mixing fried meat, cheese, gravy and cheese made for a rough morning, my stomach can't stuff like that well anymore, I felt like I drank 18 beers along with shots when I woke up this morning.
