Anyone every hunted with them? I purchased some equipment from them recently and after meeting the owner and his family and seeing the property and accommodations I'm intrigued. It's only 2 hours from home, north of Nocona, and borders the Red River. Looks perfect for my sons and I to get out and stomp around together and shoot some birds without breaking the bank.
Thought I'd check with y'all first.....

I Bow hunted Hogs there several years back. It rained continuously for 2 days. Mr. Brown let me stay in the lodge for FREE because the weather was so bad. (sleeping bag on the floor) Beats sleeping outside in the rain.
Never saw a Hog. And because the weather was not cooperating Mr. Brown did not charge me a dime.
It is a very nice place with LOTS of cover. Very Very Nice accommodations.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thought I'd check with y'all first..... I can't speak on recent years but I hunted there 3-4 years ago. It was about as good of a canned hunt as you could ever ask for. He didn't "plant" birds right before the hunt, instead he released a few thousand before the season starts and lets them do there thing. He uses feeders and electronic calls to keep the birds in certain areas. He told me he loses about 15-20% to predators but the ones that didnt go to the predators were good flying birds. Almost like they were wild. But I'm not so sure on "without breaking the bank". Back then he charged $400 per hunt, I believe.
