I like that method if your are going to debone.

However I prefer leaving the breast on the bone and slow cook over coals with Montreal Steak seasoning. (McCormick) If you haven't tried this you should, there will be no leftovers.

Am I the only one that feeds his dogs dove skeletons? I thought this country was moving toward socialism....my dogs get their share dammit!

Marc you ever had dove on a stick? In high school in the 70s we would we would camp by a pond, hunt in the morning, clean dove during the day, night we camp cook dove on a stick like a hotdog, oh man you aint liven till you had dove on a stick neanderthal style.

A green stick I even did fish like that when I was a kid
