I've had some serious disagreements with charlesb johnboy. That being said I'd bet he's forgotten more about firearms than you know. And if I remember correctly there was a post within the past week where a member used his services and posted how satisfied they were.

I honestly don't care! That give him the right to act like a prick?

And did they have to pay with there pride because I'm guessing they did

I own and moderate several websites, and have been doing so since websites have existed. Before that, I ran a 1200 baud Wildcat bulletin board. As can be easily seen at my gunsmithing website, I also roll my own HTML.

Consequently, I know the difference between a person asking a question because they want to learn - and a Troll, trying to stir up online controversy and trouble. - Like we have here.

Don't be a sucker for a Troll - they are most definitely not worth it, and they are not good for the websites that they infest.

Some of us are easily suckered by Trolls... I am not one of those. On my websites, they tend to disappear rather abruptly.

What's h.a.m? Is that some new hunting/gun lingo? Or the urban ebonics I despise?

With me, it is the spelling. I am dyslexic, so I am just as liable to type "taem" as I am to correctly type "team". Spell-checkers help, but they do not always recognize a mistake, if your mistake looks like another word.

I write a lot of technical articles, and some fiction. - I probably spend twice as much time checking my work as I do with writing something new.

So... 4 people told you it was a bad idea, and you're still upset because Charlesb told you to buy a 3.5" gun?

That's what she said last night. (Old machinists joke, that fits all kind of commonly said things around the shop.)

"It's about three thousandths undersize."

"It doesn't look like it's going to fit."

"Turn up the speed a little."

"You're trying to put it in the wrong hole."

"Give it a few squirts of motor oil."

etc. etc..

Learn to read...I've clearly said twice that I was leaving the gun alone thanks to tdk' advice charlesb is a complete moron who thinks that he is some kind of gun God and if you ask more questions into his answers your being irrational...
