Neighbor and I have had no problem getting beef fat at the local Kroger. I am wanting to get some pork fat and was getting pork fat at their local grocery store?

Also you can get pork bellies at an Asian market if you have one anywhere nearby. I use that for adding fat to sausage.

I got mine at our local Brookshires. I couldn't get any beef trimmings from them because they said they use them for their own burger grinding.

Where to get pork fat? McDonalds is likely the easiest.  Take your porks to McDonalds and buy them all of the Big Macs and shakes they can eat.

I get bacon ends from the meat market. Really adds flavor to burgers and sausage. ^^^^ This. Bacon ends & pieces is the best IMO, what I use.

I get pork suet at Albertsons. Go to the meat counter and ask for it.

In the bacon section of HEB, you can find packaged bacon ends for about 8.00. I think its about 3 to 4 lbs worth.
