OP- Hope you didn't just jinx the Texas coast with that message

and its Texas, any weather forecast more than 5 days out is going to be wrong. Things change too fast

I just hope 99L doesn't suck the energy out of the atmosphere for 90L, but maybe she will follow the path of least resistance and 99L will just carve a path to the Gulf. Been a while since we have had some named storm action on the 3rd coast.

Yea, and Taft was a real weatherman who used to predict the weather but nowadays weatherfolks all use the same equipment & computer models so its just who you like looking at or listening too.

The storm your referring to is headed for the southern and middle Bahamas. I don't want to jinx anyone, but if it turns bad, it'll be Florida that gets hit. It's too early to make a prediction, but Andrew looked similar, before it blew up.

for every stereotype there's a prototype don't be the prototype
