https://www.fpcsadc.org/2016/07/01/the-ammo-ban-is-now-prop-63/

Now the war is official.

Here’s what the anti-gun Prop. 63 will do:

BAN all standard (“high-capacity”) magazines…even those “grandfathered” in
BAN online and mail order / catalog ammunition direct purchases
BAN the importation of ammunition purchased out-of-state
DESTROY virtually all small business ammo retailers with insane new regulations
CRIMINALIZE the sharing of ammunition between friends who may be hunting or shooting together
MANDATE a new $50 DOJ “ammunition purchase permit”
REQUIRE that ammunition sales are recorded in a new gun owner database

The large populations of Democrats in the major cities control the ballot boxes. Even though over 3/4 of the Counties in the State are Republican and pro-gun/pro-hunting the Democrats in the cities push their agenda. Don't be smug, it wouldn't take much here in Texas for the Democrats to gain control.

Stepson lives there. I got him a .308 for graduating highschool. I am planning to get plenty of components for HIS rifle, build some test loads, mail them to him, and he can tell me which powder charge shot best. These dictators in California aren't going to change my plans one bit. I'll keep the boy supplied with Texas built ammo if I damned well please.
