You really should take a look at the howa mini. But that's only if you want a bolt gun. Killer little action AND it comes in 6.5 grendel! http://www.legacysports.com/catalog/howa/howa-mini-action-rifle/

I saw these at Brownells and was tempted. But who is making stocks for them besides Hogue?

Boyds, if they are not available yet should be in a very short time. What I have seen reported on the Howa mini for accuracy ia around MOA or some less. One said with reloads he is getting half MOA with a prototype when they released them to a few testers.

More and more are making the Grendel available. One of the top end makers is Precision Firearms and they offer several different loaded rounds. Double Naught Spy on here has a report on their 130gr Berger VLD loads that he used on hogs for several kills. Between Hornady, Federal, Wolf, PPU and PF there are over 30 loadings available for the Grendel with more in the works from what I have heard.

I am no where near as many loadings on my cases yet but with Lapua brass 15 to 20 loadings are being reported for he brass with 10 to 12 for the Hornady brass. The Grendel operates at lower pressure than lots of other rounds 52,000 psi SAAMI Max.

Hornady has data for their Grendel ammo velocity wise from 24 inch and 16 inch barrels. The 16 inch barrel data was questioned as being low and they admitted it as being from a 14.5 inch AR with pinned flash hider installed.

Check out underground Tactical. I have the lightweight 18" 5r rifling and they garuantee sub MOA. I wouldn't trade my Grendel for nothing.
