IOR scopes are excellent scopes. Some older models had tracking issues,but that has been fixed on the newer models. I know a shooter that just bought the 4-28x50 you listed,and he loves it.

I bought a Spartan at shot show demo prices. Best glass I own, has not had any issues. I would not pay retail price for their scopes. Clarity is great but they are not the most robust.
