Used to hunt there for several years on 640 acres. The landowner who hardly ever hunted never had cameras out there, but about 6 feeders and 8-10 stands. My buddy took one giant off of there that a group of guys a mile away had been waiting on as he apparently were on their cameras most of the year.

The area we hunted was kind of rocky and didn't have the best food sources near by. Overall there were a lot of deer, but just like everywhere else a lot of hunters. You could always count to a pretty high number of shots you would hear on opening season.

Not a problem. We hunted on the NW side of Atoka lake. Feel free to ask any questions.

we hunt on the border of Coal county and Atoka county just north of Clarita. the deer numbers are good. big bodied deer averages of 130s. but with all the oak trees in the area if we don't get some cold weather hunting feeders gets kinda spotty with the abundance of acorns

Pintailman I hunted in that area last year and saw some really nice bucks. Ended up killing a 164" with a muzzleloader chasing a doe. Lots of deer in that area with good genetics from what I saw. Had lots of pigs too. All corn feeders had pens around them to keep them out. Had really good luck with rice bran and hand corn inside the feed pen as well as out if you could keep the pigs off it. Our place was 2-3 miles Northeast of Coleman just off Hwy 48. Muzzleloader season and rifle season are short but I would definitely go during Muzzleloader season (which is during the rut up there). I think tags are around $275 apiece or so. Had lots of acorns last year which kept them off corn some during early season. If you have any ponds or tanks on your property, the duck hunting can be awesome late in the year. Hope this helps you some.
