Just wheat is good enough. He better wait till late September to drill it, it'll burn up if it doesn't get enough rain on it.

The wheat field is 200 acres so i was planning on putting some additional food plotting in the corners where the stands are. He has been farming the land for 50 yrs... im sure he knows when he needs to sew his crop or atleast i hope he knows.

Whatever you add to a 200 acre wheat field will not help attract any more deer. Maybe a corn feeder in the corners.

You don't think radish, winter peas, clove or anything like that will draw them?

I have a 40 acre wheat field and for a few years many years ago I tried several different things added in the plot. I never noticed it helped so I just plant wheat now.

I agree with Stompy, put a corn feeder in each of the four corners or where ever you are going to hunt. Nothing that you can add to a 200 acre wheat field will make that much difference in attracting deer more than corn will.

I have several customers that do the same thing. The best thing we have found to use is a big leaf plant like a turnip as the first batch of cold weather will start to convert the sugars and when the deer find them they will be all over them. I don't think it will help a whole lot with attraction due to the size of the wheat but the deer will come to it because of the different taste and nutrients it will provide during the winter. I have also had success with a product we have called Supercharger and a product called Max Attract in small corners or sections of larger wheat fields.
