 IBC tote collapsing?

Checked my feeders and water troughs today and noticed that the totes are collapsing in on themselves. I'm thinking of leaving the lids a little loose to bleed off the pressure so they don't cave in but wanted to see if anyone had run into this before?

Yeah it is probably a vacuum issue. I would either make a pin prick sized hole in the top, or leave the lid loose.

Check lid gasket. It should have a vent.

It's not venting drill a hole in the lid. This. A farmer friend of mine stabs the lid with a Bowie before he uses a brand new tote.

Modify the lid by adding a 1 way pvc valve then screw the lid on tight. That's what we do.
