I am looking to join a quail lease. This would be for me and my 13 year old son. Main reason for joining lease would be to get a young dog on as many birds as possible, a fair amount of the bird contacts will not be shot. A lot of times a blank gun will be used instead of a shot gun. We are responsible hunters and respect the land. Full season lease is preferred.

65,000 acre lease just south of Midland, Tx. Great populations of Bobwhite and Blue Quail. 12 members, 5 spots available. This is the first year this has been hunted in over 6 years. There are no cattle on the ranch, 8 person rustic lodge on the property. You can hunt the entire Quail season except for the two week long mule deer season. 3500 per gun.
