Some things I've got to try.... 1. Watched Franklin of Franklin bbq...he coated brisket with sirachi sauce and then put on both black pepper and salt before long slow smoking session 2. at Aldis they have sirachi ketchup 3. fry bread

It is awesome stuff, LOVE the flavor. I basted some ribs last night with a mixture of rooster sauce (sriratcha sauce), honey, & Worchestershire. You talk about GOOD! Last year, I started using it on my deer jerky. I would use my regular peppered jerky cure, but before going into the dehydrator I squirt a good amount of Sriratcha sauce in and mix well. It was honestly the best deer jerky I've ever had, if you like spicy. It's good on everything, except your eyeballs. I squirted some in my eye once by accident and that kinda sucked.

Yup, count me as another Sirachi addict. I eat it on and in most everything. Just dumped a bunch on my over easy eggs.

yep, pretty good ... a while back my wife stopped by subway to pick up some sandwiches for a quick dinner prior to going to some friends house to play cards, she knows I like thing pretty spicey, so she ordered me a mixed meats sandwich on the jalapeno cheese bread, with jalapenos and Sirachi sauce ... needless to say, it was spicey!!!

I just ate some cold leftover fried catfish dunked in sriracha. Good stuff.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Wife found some Sirachi Ketchup at Winnco the other day. That's good ketchup right there.

I agree SnakeWrangler, I will have to find and try Harry's.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.
