Posted well over a year ago about this property we started working on (can't find original thread) but we finally have it liveable just in time for deer season! Part of this was built in the 1860's and was added on to by a cousin in the early 90's. When he passed it sat empty for over 10 years and was overrun with rats, wasps etc and was literally falling apart. We've done most of the work ourselves, plumbing, electric, tile and finally had to bite the bullet and have a new roof put on. Guys showed up Monday and should finish tomorrow or Thursday. Had the kids there for their first night last weekend, pretty cool experience, and lots of memories to be made.
