I had just seen a few that were a little narrower than yours on CL for decent prices and it got me to thinking on how I could haul one myself. My haul would be a little more than across town though

I'm in awe how well Flashprism's cabin turned out.

We built ours from a 12 X 24 MOrgan and it turned out too small and cramped, but that is what was on the property when we purchased it. At 12 X 14, our bathroom is 3'X 6' (exterior dimensions) and we turned the entire thing into a shower pan. You can actually reach the sink from the toilet. There was definitely not enough room to wall off a master bedroom. We also gave up on the idea of a range and cook top. An apartment size refrigerator , with a microwave above it, a cabinet with a sink, and 18" of counter space is all we could manage. We use a food service Butane single burner and a toaster oven for cooking. A futon for a couch and a small 4 seat table, that normally stays against the wall, and its pretty full.
I had a $4,200 offer for it before I started finishing it out. Hindsight is always 20X20, but I now wish I'd sold it and purchased one the size of Flashprism's. It would have been a lot better.
