Picked up a Wilson Combat matched receiver set that was previously ceracoted. The ceracote wasn't all that great. Anyone know the best way to remove it so I can have it re-coated?
After lots of googling it seems media blasting may be the only way. Anyway know who would be the best to tackle it if I can't do it myself?

You said it.

Ceramic cooked onto steel. Blasting is, the only way I'm aware of, to separate the two completely.

you'll need to blast it for the new coat anyway... call Christian at Scalpel Arms if you want to send it off and he can do it all. http://www.scalpelarms.com/

Just take it to a Cerekote specialist and have them blast it clean.
