 Hill Country Hog Hunt on CARNIVORE

This week we will be hunting hogs with the hogmaster, Rex Bumpus and BOUNDLESS brothers, William and Mclean Russell on a large Hill Country ranch. I think that this is will be the fastest paced, exciting show that we do this season, especially when the dogs bay hogs up in a cave that no one knew was on the ranch.
I hope that you will tune in if you have the opportunity.

Man I immediately thought of snakes! I remember having to craw 15' inside one on my hands and knees once to get a hound. I could just barely get a hold of a back leg. She had the coon in death grip round the throat when she was pulled out. Oh my $utt was a puckering as I was crawling. The old man Clyde was assuring me that if there was a rattler down that hole the dogs would have not gone in there! lol
They make ammo specifically for hunting for a reason!

Go to the hog hunting forum and you can see several photos that Bump posted from the hunt. One is absolutely the best photo I have ever seen taken on a hog hunt. Photo credit to William Russell.

Watching the show now! Awesome hunt, great group of dogs and handler. You move pretty good for an old guy Gary. I just finished watching a deer hunting episode with the Russell Brothers was it on the same ranch.

Thanks so much! I move pretty good for an old fat man on very rocky terrain...I feel the need to qualify this. I did not see the deer episode but if it was in the Hill Country, it was on this ranch. They also own ranches in South Texas. They are great young men and very good hunters. We really enjoy their company and value our relationship with them and their family.
