I went with an odyssey battery when it came time to replace the one on my RZR. Batteries plus had about the best price. I've been happy with it.

Just bought a Duracell Ultra from Batteries plus for my Sportsman. Has extreme temp tolerance spent a little extra per reviews will be with it.

Just make sure its an AGM type battery. They last a little longer on ATV's.

Bought two Honda Ranchers in 2000. One battery lasted 12 years & the other lasted one year. Both were Honda factory batteries. You pay your money & you takes your chances.

Have 2 Odyssey in my Polaris for 5 years still going strong. They are not cheap but it works out in the life of battery to be cheaper.

The ATV batteries Walmart sells are junk. They simply do not hold up. Only a 90 day warranty.

The ATV batteries Walmart sells are junk. They simply do not hold up. Only a 90 day warranty. Check my recent post. I got a great deal on a sealed, maintenance free battery from Walmart online. The manufacturer shipped directly to my house in three days. I've never seen sealed batteries on any store shelf at this price point. Link

For that application, stick with Odyssey or Full Throttle - the two best multi-purpose batteries on the planet. They run neck and neck on performance and warranty, so buy on price.
I sell nothing but batteries ($2.2 million/year)for a living, so I am kind of opinionated on the subject. No, I don't stock batteries that small - I'm not trying to sell them to you.
Just my professional opinion after 8 years of this.

+1, mine is going on 4 years. Key to the small batteries just like a vehicle battery is to never let the charge get low.
