 The .277 Wolverine Been in Texas for 2 days. Time to hit the field. In the field for 4 hours. Sounder rolled in under feeder just under 100 yds. Shawn and I negotiated countdown and which hog to start with. He counted. Initial shots good 2 hogs hit. He stopped shooting (battery cover popped off). I picked off another 2. Finishing shot on 1 other hog. Recovering them in waist high grass was comical. Recovered 2. Going to look for others when sun comes up. Cleaned these two. Thermal is a game changer. Video up whenever I unpack my laptop (assuming I got recording).

Recovering them in waist high grass was comical. Recovered 2. Going to look for others when sun comes up. Heck, recovering hogs in waist high grass can be tough in daylight! On a couple of occasions I've had to lay out a search grid and walk back and forth for almost half an hour . . .  Good Job!
