Usually just some garlic salt and pepper and grilled on a charcoal fire at the house. Every once in a while we do the Lipton soup mix deal.
How do you do yours?

Try a juicy Lucy basically two thin patties with cheese between them and then pinched together on the edges. I like salt and pepper but Montreal seasoning make a pretty good burger seasoning

Put the seasoning in the patty and also an egg while I mix it up... shape out your patty then lay it on a half onion slice then set your cheese on top of it a minute before you pull it off the grill

We like to used diced onions mixed with the meat along other seasonings. Also use 85/15 burger meat, keeps it from drying out. rifle

I buy the quarter pounder 85-15 frozen patties, thaw one, salt, pepper, and put on the gas grill. I flip it and top with a slice of pepper jack cheese. Meanwhile, I pan fry a frozen hash brown patty, then brown my bun in the same pan.

Meat (I also make bacon burger 75/25 to 80/20 mix - bacon ran through smokehouse first), minced onion, minced garlic, black pepper, a little cumen, some Tony's, and Worchestershire. Mix. Make big fat patties (no less than 1/2 lb no more than 1 lb), cook on mesquite coals and melt on 2 slices of pepper jack cheese. Butter buns or Texas Toast, toast on the grill. Side of country fries, sweet potato fries, chips, or mustard potato salad with a fresh jalapeno. Cold Shiner to wash it down. Fill in the cracks with some BB Buttered Pecan ice cream. food This diet (I just started) is gonna be hard. bang

I do the onion soup mix as well but also been soaking a piece of bread or two in milk, then mix into the meat along with a tablespoon of ketchup.. Sounds odd I know, but they turn out real moist..

ZK-315 & I (and son in law) tried the beer can stuffed burgers ... I might have a new favorite! Form HB 85-15 into a ball, press beer (or DP, coke, etc.) can down into the center forming indention, press HB meat up the sides to form a bowl. Wrap with a couple pieces of raw bacon, remove can and set in fridge or freezer while preparing center mixture (this stiffens up the HB/bacon to hold shape). Mix shredded sharp cheddar, Monterrey Jack and cream cheese in approximately equal proportions, mix in seasonings (black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, whatever spices you like, etc.), chopped jalapenos, onions, mushrooms, etc. Remove HB/bacon wrapped from fridge and glob a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture into the hollow middle, put in pit (or gas grill) away from direct heat (bacon grease causes flare ups) and cook until the bacon is to the texture you prefer.

Exactly where I was going, roast, skin, roast more, chop...

Also, McCormicks makes a seasoning for burgers, with worchestershire in it, that you mix in with the meat, it's very good

You forgot about us adding the bacon wrapped onion rings to it....

To top the burgers off, we made onion rings...only without the batter. Take the onion ring slices, and wrap in bacon and throw on the grill until bacon is fully cooked. We added a little sweet bbq sauce to them for the last 5 minutes or so they were on the grill, but still taste great without.

I saw that a while back and reached for it, but stopped. Gonna have to try it.

I love my wife's burgers! She sautees onions, chopped up bacon and chopped up dill pickles together. She then makes patties using 93-7 hamburger mixed with worchestire sauce and adds seasoning. She puts the sautéed ingredients on top of each burger and cooks at 350 degrees. Melt a hunk of cheese on them and they are to die for.

2 packages of ground venison and one package of ground venison sausage (about a pound each). Add one egg, bread crumbs, garlic salt and the liquid off a small can of chipotle peppersto the meat Ina bowl. Make patties slightly larger than the bun so they cook down to fill the buns. Grill to medium with onion, chipotles, and a slice of cheese on the last flip and melt it. Toast the sesame buns on the grill too. Perfection!
