Hey guys Here ,near my home there 's an estuary named "Rance" ,the level is rugulate by a dam which produce electricity by mean of turbine . So ,in the inside area ,there's some isle where i can hide myself inside the kayak and hunt by mean of decoys. I would like to know if some people do this kind of hunt ? if you have some advice I don't really know if it is possible to shot seated in the kayak when this one is not beach ? Regards

I would only treat the kayak as your means of transportation - not the thing you hunt "out of." Use it to get yourself, your gear, and a dozen decoys to the spot you want to hunt, then stash it in the brush and cover it with blind material. There are kayak "blinds" out there, but I would be uneasy hunting from the boat this way. I went out on my small kayak a few times and though it was fun I'm getting a 16' canoe this season so I can take another hunter and my dog.
