Does anyone use pedal bikes to get to their stand or blind? Im thinking of using a bike to move around this upcoming season and was trying to get an idea on how to make a mount for a bow or rifle towards the rear of the bike, i dont want to have it on the handlebars. Thanks

That's not a a bad idea... Except for the no motor part.

I threw one together years ago keep at my lease. Don't use it much, but I do use it. I had a kolpin mounted angled up at the back for a while, but it stuck up so high it was awkward. I don't use the rifle mount on the front for a rifle or bow, I use it to strap down a backpack or fanny pack or jacket or whatever. Rifle(no round in chamber) or bow is slung across my back. Bike is an old dirt cheap murray, tires have solid foam rubber tubes. And yep that's an old tire driven generator and light that came off an old bike a neighbor put out with their trash. Saddle bags are army surplus poncho pouches. One really has a poncho in it. Water bottle is for Blaze. Bike is over 25 years old and still going strong. It's a heavy sucker, but you can ride it over sharp rocks and through cactus without it failing. Thanks for bringing it up. It reminds me I need to pull it out, grease the chain, oil the front fork springs, and touch up the rust with some krylon next trip to the lease.

She was a natural. Never needed the training wheels, but it was like pulling teeth to convince her to wear a helmet.
