Looking for two hunters to join our Mason Deer lease. Cost is $2700 annual per hunter with 6 Deer (1 Trophy, 1 Cull, 3 Does and a swing deer on tag rotation). Then we have a drawing for our remaining 3 does so a 3 in 7 chance you'll wind up with 7 deer. Is in SW corner of Mason County. 2 hours from San Antonio. We have 5 bow hunters and are looking for two more hunters which can be bow or rifle. Just signed 3 year lease. Been on the place 3 years and love it. Season is Sept for hogs, Oct through December for deer/hogs/turkey and we have 3 weeks for Turkey/hogs in the Spring. We have year round access to fill feeders or do maintenance but cannot hunt in the off season. No guests, only paid hunters. Has water from Windmill, no electricity so we run generators. Has a Bunk House you can stay in with 3 of the other hunters or bring a trailer as our other two hunters have. 875 acres, low fenced and is part of a 5500 acre ranch which we have two 'shoe box' sized pastures that are side to side. Rancher does run cattle but is not a problem. Will only be on one of our two pastures at a time if at all.

Hmmm nice looking set-up, you shouldn't have to much trouble filling the spots No guest policy,how do you work husband and wife? Will that require two memberships? How flat is the terrain? I'm wheelchair bound.

Is not our rule but land owners on the no guest thing so we have to live with it. It would require two memberships unfortunately. And we just filled one of the two spots. Trying to figure out how to edit the title to just one spot left. The terrain varies. Is flat in some spots but kind of steep in others. Is rocky. No worries getting stuck with your truck.
