If you haven't been, I encourage you to go sometime. The photos don't do it justice. Such amazing beauty!

It is way up on our bucket list. We dream about it especially this time of year, sitting in the heat and humidity down here.

If you have any recommendations on where to stay, what to see, etc., I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for posting.

It has been almost 40 years, but it looks as beautiful as it did back then.

Yes a mountain biker was killed in late June by a grizzly in the park. Very sad, but it happens from time to time....

Well, both Lake McDonald and St. Mary's Lake fit that bill and we saw those, but I'm not sure those are the ones you refer to....

Went through there when I was 9 years old. We went up the west coast and came across Canada and back down. We were in and old Ford Country Squire station wagon. We ate smoked cheese and Salmon that we picked up on the trip on the way back, we never got that smell out of the wagon.

I had a very good friend...Larry Gordon was eaten alive by a grizz back in the 80's. Be careful if you go there
