Anyone doing it?
AS much as I hate it while Im in the middle of a workout, HIIT has to be one of my favorites.
I haven't worked out in 1 year. I had a bilateral foot injury 2 years ago and the Ortho took my out of working out on 7/31/15. Well, it isn't healed fully(don't know that it ever will be) but Im good enough to go plus he gave me custom orthotics that I use and have no pain while using. Needless to say that I have put on 15lsb in the last year.
Time to make that go away. I started with a HIIT routine today and I was unable to finish it.
5 Minute warm up on stationary bike then
3 rounds 20 Seconds work, 10 seconds rest:
1. weighted jabs(right)
2. Weighted jabs(left)
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Sumo Squats
3 rounds 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest
1. Push ups
2. butt kicks
3. Tricep dips
4. Med Box jumps
5. Side lunges
I was only able to complete 2 rounds of the 2nd routine before loosing my everything!
What HIIT routines yall doing?
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.
