One of the sons that Bob and I have just finished up his first knife. It is on a Sendero pattern. He did all of the cutting shaping, sanding, polishing and put a heck of a convex grind on the edge complete by himself and that rascal is sharp. It is a 3 1/2 blade and he used some stabilized fiddle back maple for the handle. It cut very well and I just wanted to brag on him. One of the things that is hard to overcome starting out as most of you know is being too square with the handle. He did a real good job of sanding the handle down to that it is all radius.
