Creek runs through the property
Good doves
Lots of great shade along the fields
Easy access from SA
Hunted this property for years- lots of fun.

Drove by the place this weekend. If the birds stay around we are going to need more shells.
Lots of water in the tanks and creek still.
May have some duck spots open to the right hunters (not many duck spots left).
30 minutes from SA.
