I believe a deer lease you will have access to the land. Set up and supply your own feeders and stands. You (and other leesees) are the only ones who have access..

A hunt club usually takes care of all of the feeders and stands. Since there are usually more people jn a club than kn a lease it is usually cheaper but you dont have the "security" that only a select few who are on the lease have been on the property, hunted certain places and times etc. Some clubs may have limits on when you can hunt and assigned stands. Others may be on a first come first serve basis. If doing a club..learn as much as possible on how many members and what your access will be like. like me and dont pay amd get a public hunting permit;)

In east Texas timber company leases are often called hunt clubs. There is no difference.

Hunting clubs seem to be east Texas/Louisana terminology for leases. While alot of them often do have more members, it sometimes has to do with terrain and deer density. As you go further west and south you will see leases with more acreage per hunter due to terrain and deer density. Not all "hunting clubs" are over gunned. A property we used to hunt had 7 hunters on 1500 acres. Look around and there can be good places to hunt in east Texas that dont have a ton of guns on it
