In the process of trying to sell our house. I have 5 deer mounts that I have taken down and put in the garage. Ideas on how to store them better for the future. I just don't want them to degrade. Will the heat mess them up?

Yes heat will mess them up. How long are you going to have them in the heat?

Do you have an office at work? A friend that can keep them? Climate controlled storage unit?

What will the heat do to them? I'm in Tyler with very high humidity and heat. Most of my mounts are in my workshop. No air, metal roof and blistering hot during the afternoon. I haven't noticed any issues with them.

Has anyone ever used climate control and not had a issue with insects or rats?
