If you step foot on this property, you will fall in love with it. I cant believe it hasn't been taken. Neighboring ranch is going for more than we are asking.

New pricing structure for 2017 season. 10 guns at $5000.00 per gun and the ranch will provide the corn and protein. You provide bedding and food if staying in ranch provided lodging or provide your own trailer. We plan on providing some more lodging that is more family friendly for next season. Ron, 325-718-9662.

Probably looking at Monday and Tuesday next week. PM what your asking. Honestly I only am looking for one deer doe or spike for my 14 year old son. He has only killed one deer so he is not picky. If you don't want to mess with it I understand.

Coming from experience, this ranch has a ton of potential. The genetics in the young deer look promising and there are several deer that will be great trophies next year. With well performed harvest strategies and the planned habitat improvements, this place could turn into one heck of a lease. As it sits, with a little spring rain, there will be several 150's or larger harvested in 2017. I can promise that there is no shortage of deer. We saw a ton of deer in the middle of the day.

I am interested in a hunt for probably a management buck and 2 does for myself, my son and my father. I am looking at some time after Christmas and before the 9th of January. Are you going to have any dates available? This is my son's first hunt.

yes same pricing for the meat hunts. Season lease is 5000.00 per gun, we furnish blinds, feeders, corn, protein and lodging or trailer spaces. Let me know and shoot me your email and I'll send you the details.
