...between Picatinny and Weaver rails?
A quick google search said they are very similar and Weaver stuff will mostly work on pic, but pic may not always work on Weaver.

The spacing between the slots. One is smaller. Plus the angle on the outside edge is slightly different. I'd go picatinny rail. Weaver is more proprietary.
