Cooked these the other day. Wife loved them. Sure you could change this up a little

2 Pounds Venison ground meat (No Fat added)
1 Pound of beef 25/75 ground hamburger meat
1/3 cup of crushed pineapple
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Pepper

Mixed and make about 9 Patty Grill on hot fire for about 4 minutes per side..

sounds good. I use pineapple rings and grill them good on both sides and glaze the hamburger patties with terriyaki. Also make sure to put mayo on both buns and grill those off until toasted. People kinda look at you weird until they taste them then they can't get enough. Goes great with avocado and thinly sliced/shredded lettuce.
