I attended an event that was catered by these guys last week. I highly recommend. Top 5 in the state imo. We had brisket and jap sausage. The bark was spot on, and the sausage was course ground. Potato salad and beans.....get some.

I've had it twice and was underwhelmed but I've heard good things lately. I may give em another shot.

Idk about dining there, but what they did for us was amazing. I think they ordered days ahead and pulled the brisket around 10am.....we were eating at 11.
